What types of products are available in the Eshop?

Our E-Shop offers books and uniform products for Junior and High School students. Visible/available products to add to your cart are only those referred to your child’s year group.

Ordering and Payment

How do I place an order?

To place an order, browse our product categories, add the desired items to your cart, and proceed to checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), as these are accepted by JCC Gateway systems.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact customer service as soon as possible for assistance.

Shipping and Delivery

Do you offer shipping?

Shipping is not available yet, only onsite (school) collection.

How long does it take for my order to be prepared?

Orders take 5-7 business days to be prepared

Can I check the status of my order?

Yes, once your order has been placed, you will be able to view the status of your order via the eshop’s account.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging. Certain items, such as custom uniforms and digital products, are non-returnable.

How do I return an item?

To return an item, please get in touch with the school to initiate the return process. You will receive instructions and a return shipping label.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, exchanges are possible for items of equal or lesser value. Please contact the school e for assistance with exchanges.

Do I need an account to shop?

Yes, creating an account helps us provide better service and allows you to track your orders and manage your preferences.
